Practical information
Here you will find everything you need regarding travel, accommodation, and other practical information useful for your participation in CirkusExpo 2027.
Time and place
Date: 17 – 20 februari 2027.
Adress: Riksteatern, Hallundavägen 30, Norsborg (as well as other locations in Stockholm).
Getting there
Metro: From T-Centralen, take the red line towards Norsborg. Get off at Hallunda station (the journey takes about 36 minutes) and take the exit towards the bus terminal and Hallunda centrum. Walk on the right-hand side of the bus terminal, then turn right to take the pedestrian tunnel under Borgvägen. Immediately after the tunnel, there is a small Riksteatern sign. Follow it to the left and then walk along Folkets Hus all the way to the end. Folkets Hus and Riksteatern are connected, and the entrance to Riksteatern is at the far end of the building.

T-Centralen: then take the metro (red line towards Norsborg) to Hallunda Flemingsberg: then take a bus and metro
Nearest airports:
Arlanda: Take the fast train Arlanda express or airport coach Flygbussarna to Stockholm T-Centralen.
Bromma: Take the airport coach Flygbussarna to Stockholm T-Centralen.
Skavsta: Take the airport coach Flygbussarna to Stockholm T-Centralen.
Accommodation
We recommend:
Scandic Malmen, Götgatan 49–51, 116 21 Stockholm
From there, you can take buses to CirkusExpo.
More information about accommodation will be available in autumn 2027.
Food
At registration, you will be offered the option to pre-order vegetarian meals. Vegan and vegetarian Swedish fika and refreshments will be provided during the days.
Luggage
For travelers who do not have time to check in at their hotel, unattended luggage storage will be available on site in Hallunda.
Streaming, photography, filming
During the event, we will photograph and film various program activities. Please contact cirkusexpo@riksteatern.se if you have any objections to filming and/or photography on site.
