Tilde Björfors är cirkusregissör och pionjär som sedan 1995 bidragit till utvecklingen av det samtida cirkusfältet i Sverige och internationellt. Art from Circusheart är hennes plattform för utveckling och produktion av samtida cirkusföreställningar samt för att stödja det samtida cirkusfältet.
Under residensperioden kommer Tilde Björfors att arbeta med två olika produktioner, Finisterra och Magikern.
Finisterra is both an ending and a beginning. A tribute to humanity’s never ending creative force, to bodies that have carried, thrown, and flown – and that continue to seek meaning as their strength changes. A circus-philosophical and life exstending show about ties that unite rather than control – and to the magic that arises when we colaborate to the point where the world seems to end, but something new can begin.

Tilde Björfors is a circus director and pioneer who has contributed to the development of contemporary circus in Sweden and internationally since 1995. Art from Circusheart is her platform for the development and production of contemporary circus performances and for supporting the contemporary circus field.
During the residency period, Tilde Björfors will work on two different productions, Finisterra and Magikern.
