CirkusExpo is not open to the public.

Who can register:

• Presenters and organizers 
• Representatives of venues, festivals, and other performing arts events 
• Agents 
• Cultural financiers and other organizations supporting the performing arts 
• Journalists and cultural writer
  
  

Circus-package February 15 to 18

CirkusExpo takes places at the same time as the CirkusMania festival. 
For those who would like to take part in even more circus, CirkusExpo and the festival CirkusMania offer a joint Circus Package where, in addition to the CirkusExpo seminar, project presentation and mingel with artist, you can take the opportunity to experience live performances from CirkusMania.

What's included in the Circus-Package? 

• Participation in the entire CircusExpo showcase with seminars and pitch presentations. 
• A selection of 9 performances from the CircusMania festival from February 15-18.  
  Including: Tipping Point, world premiere by Cirkus Cirkör & Euphoria by Lone Company. 
• Several networking event. 
• Transportation from Scandic Malmen Hotel (Medborgarplatsen) to venues outside central Stockholm. These are booked when you choose your program.

when your application is approved you will receive a link via mail to book your program  

Step 3: Register & Book your program 

• Fill in the booking form with the part of the program you wish to attend. 
• You book your program. We book the tickets for all the performances you order in the Circus Package. You do not need to book tickets separately.  
• You pay by card when you make your booking, or choose to receive an invoice. 
• You will receive all your tickets and a personalized schedule by email. 

Please note that the application and registration are personal. They cannot be transferred, nor within your organization.

Registration and performance tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

PRICE inclusive tax: 
Registration fee: 500SEK 
Transport: 60 SEK per travel regardless of destination and distance 
Performance: the price of every show can vary depending on the venues. See prices in the order form. 
Food: possibility to order lunch and sometimes dinner for 120 SEK per meal
