Time and place
16–17 February 2023
Address: Riksteatern, Hallundavägen 30, Norsborg
Getting there
Subway: From the subway station, take the red line towards Norsborg. The trip takes about 45 minutes.
Get off at the Hallunda stop and choose the exit towards the bus square and Hallunda centre. Walk on the right side of the bus square, then turn right to take the tunnel under Borgvägen. ATTENTION! Directly after the tunnel there is a small Riksteatern sign. Follow it to the left and then walk along Folkets hus, all the way. At the other end of the building is the entrance to the Riksteatern.
Nearest train stations:
T-Centralen: From there, you can take the T-Bana (red line bound for Norsborg) to Hallunda.
Flemingsberg: After that, you'll need to take a bus and the T-Bana.
Nearest airports:
Arlanda: you can take the fast train to Stockholm T-Centralen using the Arlanda express.
Bromma: You can take the bus to Stockholm T-Centralen, using Flygbussarna.
Skavsta: You have the option to take the bus to Stockholm, T-Centralen, using Flygbussarna.
Accommodation
We recommend:
Scandic Malmen, Götgatan 49-51, 116 21 Stockholm.
From there you can take buses to CirkusExpo and the Circus-Package which you book via registration of the event.
The Cirkus Package offers a 15% discount at Scandic Malmen. Discount offers are valid until January 15 with DISCOUNT CODE: PRO15SE
Food
You can book lunch and (sometimes) dinner for 120 SEK/meal when register.
Vegan and vegetarian coffee and Swedish fika is offered during the weekend.
Registration
Registration takes place at Riksteatern, Hallunda from 13.00 Friday 16th of February,
Saturday 17th of February at 10:00 am
Bags
For travelers arriving Friday morning and Saturday morning and do not have time to check in at the hotel, there are luggage stations on site at Riksteatern in Hallunda.
Stream, photos, film
During the weekend, we will take photos and film from various program points.
