Anna Nilsson och kompani Petri Dish kommer under sitt residens hos Riksteatern att arbeta med sin föreställning Kyo Ru Gi – tävling som har premiär 6 februari 2025 på teater Opalen i Rimbo.
Anna Nilsson har studerat luftakrobatik (flygare i aerial cradle) på Ecole Supérieure des Arts du Cirque i Bryssel och turnerade sedan världen runt i fyra år som akrobat och dansare tillsammans med det belgiska kompaniet Feria Musica. Hon jobbade därefter med flera andra koreografer och teaterregissörer, bland annat Peter Verhelst – Stadsteater Gent. 2010 blev Anna laureat av Jeunes Talents Cirque (numera Circus Next). Hon har sedan dess producerat och turnerat fem föreställningar med kompani Petri Dish där hon delar artistisk ledning med Sara Lemaire.

Anna Nilsson and company Petri Dish will during their residency at Riksteatern work with their performance Kyo Ru Gi – competition which premieres February 6, 2025, at theatre Opalen in Rimbo.
Anna Nilsson has studied aerial acrobatics (flyer in aerial cradle) at Ecole Supérieure des Arts du Cirque in Brussels and then toured the world for four years as an acrobat and dancer with the Belgian company Feria Musica. Following this, she worked with several other choreographers and theater directors including Peter Verhelst – Stadsteater Gent. In 2010 Anna became a laureate of Jeunes Talents Cirque (now Circus Next). Since then, she has produced and toured five shows with the company Petri Dish where she shares artistic direction with Sara Lemaire.
