CirkusExpo is a closed industry event specifically aimed at Swedish and international representatives of organizations that present or support performing arts. CirkusExpo is not open to the public

Registration is only open to:

• Presenters and organizers 
• Representatives of venues, festivals, and other performing arts events 
• Agents 
• Cultural financiers and other organizations supporting the performing arts 
• Journalists and cultural writers

CirkusExpo ♥ CirkusMania

CirkusExpo and the festival CirkusMania are collaborating to offer a wide program during these days, with opportunities to enjoy numerous live performances, mingling, and parties.

What's included in the program? 

• Seminars and previews on current circus-related themes, including pitch presentations from Nordic circus companies
• Live performances
• Multiple industry networking events
• Transportation from selected hotels to venues outside central Stockholm (booked when selecting your program)

Price inclusive tax

Registration fee: 700 SEK.
Transportation: 60 SEK per travel regardless of destination and distance
Performances: The price of every show can vary depending on the venues. See prices in the registration form.
Food: Option to pre-order lunch for 140 SEK per meal and occasionally a takeaway dinner for 130 SEK per meal. You place your food order through the registration form.

How to register for CirkusExpo 2026

Step 1: Apply to participate
You apply to participate. Registration for application closes on January 13, 2026.

Step 2: Receive your registration link via email
Once your application is approved, you will receive a link via email to a booking form.
Please note that the link is not sent immediately—applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Step 3: Book your program
Fill out the digital booking form with the parts of the program you wish to attend. You book your own program. We will handle ticket reservations for all performances you select, so you do not need to book tickets separately.
Payment is made by card when you complete your booking.You will receive all your tickets and a personalized schedule via email at the end of January, 2026. You can adjust your registration and choice of activities until January 17 via the link provided in your confirmation email

Please note that the application and registration are personal. They cannot be transferred, nor within your organization. Registration and performance tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Performances may become fully booked. Make sure to place your order in good time to secure the program you wish to attend. 

We warmly welcome you to also see performances during the festival that are not part of the CirkusExpo program even though we cannot offer booking service and transport to these performances. Read more at CirkusMania.
