Internationellt Produktionsresidens Cirkus i samarbete mellan Riksteatern, Konstnärsnämnden och Chamäleon Theater, Tyskland. Residenterna från Sverige gästar Chamäleon i Berlin under två veckor och har tillgång till repetitionsstudion The Cave. I residenset erbjuds också mentorskap, teknik- och produktionsrådgivning, ekonomiskt stöd ingår.
The Vessel Productions grundades av Sarah Lett och producerar nu Grapes & Glory som sin tredje föreställning efter The Vessel och Föra & Följa.
Grapes & Glory samlar ett nytt kollektiv av artister – Sarah Lett, Lisa Angberg, Imogen Huzel och Nelli Kujansivu – som samarbetar specifikt för föreställningen under The Vessel Productions.
Med ett starkt fokus på personlig research inom respektive discipliner och på scen har gruppen byggt upp en gedigen erfarenhet under 15 år. Samtliga artister har turnerat i Sverige och internationellt, både med egna verk och tillsammans med andra kompanier och produktioner.
Genom sina föreställningar vill gruppen utmana invanda förväntningar och ge publiken en annan bild av vad det innebär att vara kvinna inom cirkuskonsten och att inspirera dem att följa sina egna kreativa drömmar, utan att låta sig begränsas av samhällets förväntningar.
Grapes & Glory är en 40 minuter lång samtida cirkusföreställning för barn och unga mellan 9 och 16 år. Premiär 6 september 2025.
Produktionen är samproducerad av The Vessel Productions och Dansinitiativet komemr att ha residens hos Dynamo workspace i Danmark och har även fått stöd från Konstnärsnämnden, Utveckla Norrbotten och Nordic Culture Point.

Residency holder: The Vessel Productions
Residency period: February 17 - 28, 2025
Project: Grapes & Glory
International Circus Production residency in collaboration between Riksteatern/The Swedish National Touring Theatre, the Swedish Arts Grants Committee and Chamäleon Theater, Germany. The residents from Sweden visit Chamäleon in Berlin for two weeks and have access to the rehearsal studio The Cave. The residency also offers mentoring, technical and production advice, and financial support.
Founded by Sarah Lett, The Vessel Productions is now producing Grapes & Glory as its third show after The Vessel and Föra & Följa.
Grapes & Glory brings together a new collective of artists – Sarah Lett, Lisa Angberg, Imogen Huzel and Nelli Kujansivu – collaborating specifically for the show under The Vessel Productions.
With a strong focus on personal research in their respective disciplines and on stage, the group has built up a solid experience over 15 years. Each artist has toured in Sweden and internationally, both with their own works and together with other companies and productions.
Through their performances, the group wants to challenge conventional expectations and give the audience a different picture of what it means to be a woman in the circus arts and want to inspire them to follow their own creative dreams, without being limited by society's expectations.
Grapes & Glory is a 40-minute contemporary circus performance for children and young people aged 9–16. Premiere September 6, 2025.
