Verket Chronicles of coffee är Emma Hörnells första soloföreställning och i det använder hon sig av experimentell rockringsjonglering och de ting som vi alla stöter på i vår vardag. Allt från kaffe till bord förvandlas magiskt under föreställningen och får nya funktioner. Chronicles of coffee är en familjeföreställning som blandar rockring, jonglering, humor och modern magi för att skapa en spännande värld. Ambitionen är att spela på mindre orter som vanligtvis har ett litet kulturutbud, föreställningen är därför kompakt så att den kan spelas på många olika platser och all teknik följer med.

Cirkusartisten Emma Hörnells har specialiserat sig i experimentell rockringsjonglering och hon undersöker allt från jonglering till manipulation och balans med sitt redskap. Emma Hörnell är utbildad på bland annat FLIC Scuola di Circo, Italien, och Formation Alternative et Autogénére aux Arts du Cirque, Frankrike. Hon har uppträtt med sina akter i flera länder och samarbetat med bland andra Clowner utan Gränser Sverige.

Emma Hörnell – Chronicles on coffee
October 31–November 20, 2023

Chronicles of coffee will be Emma Hörnell's first solo show featuring experimental rock ring juggling and the things we all encounter in our everyday lives. Everything from the coffee to the table is magically transformed during the performance and takes on new functions. Chronicles of coffee is a family show that mixes rock ring, juggling, humour and modern magic to create an exciting world. The ambition is to play in smaller towns that often have little cultural offerings, so the show is compact so that it can be played in many different places and all technology is included.

Circus artist Emma Hörnells specializes in experimental rock ring juggling and explores everything from juggling to manipulation and balance with her tool. Trained at FLIC Scuola di Circo, Italy, and Formation Alternative et Autogénére aux Arts du Cirque, France. She has performed with her acts in several countries and collaborated with Clowns without Borders in Sweden, among others.
